216-foot observation tower with two viewing levels with historical and educational exhibits from which you get a spectacular 360 degree view of the surrounding Ouachita Mountains. *NOTE: Inaccessible to motorcoaches. Contact the Hot Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau for more information. Available for weddings up to 200 people; ceremonies take place in the enclosed observation deck at the top of the tower
