Wolf House

Overview:
Overlooking the White River, the Jacob Wolf home was built in the early 1800s and is believed to be the oldest log structure in Arkansas. The circuit court of Territorial Arkansas and the Izard County Court met in the largest second-story room in the 1830s when noted Arkansas lawyers attended court sessions here. Although no tours are available at this time, Wolf House may still be viewed and appreciated from the outside.
