Overview:
Designed and painted under the direction of local art teacher Kathy Powell; work was done by Waldron High School art class in the day and by the Rich Mountain Community College adult art class at night; captures the history and interests of Waldron and Scott County; courthouse is one that burned in the 1800s, taken from an historical photo.
