For those runners out there, the 2010
Arkansas Grand Prix calendar has been released, and from the looks of it the lineup showcases a range of road and cross-country races from across the
state. The Grand Prix is a year-long series of 20 races put on by the Arkansas
chapter of the Road Runners Club of America. As many runners know, running is a great way to get a feel
for a city. Actually, many cities in the nation have latched onto the concept
and guided running tours are offered in spots such as New York City, Washington
DC, Chicago, Austin, and Charleston.

Come link up with Arkansas Bloggers. The link for that is on my blog. Until I actually figure out the best way to organize everyone, I will have everyone link up with Mister Linky. Happy New Year!
This is an outstanding event. For those coming from Fla or Ms and can’t drive the whole way stop at the Sleep Inn & Suites in Morgan City LA off Hwy 90. I’ll give you the runners rate.
