The Crawdad Days Festival in Harrison began 21 years ago and includes a carnival midway, food, crafts, music and, duh – crawfish! You can enjoy all the fun this weekend on May 20 and 21 in the historic downtown area.
Have a little Cajun in you? The Crawdad Eating Contest might be for you. The first 20 entrants to sign up get to play. Even if you’re not in the contest, you can enjoy the eating crawfish. There are plenty of other treats as well: ice cream, cotton candy, barbecue, fried pies, lemonade, corn dogs, polish sausage, hamburgers, fired fish, funnel cakes, nachos and more.
On Friday, May 20, there is an Ozarks Have You Got Talent Competition from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Then, Saturday, May 21 is packed with activities.
