Dedication of Clinton Birthplace Home National Historic Site in Hope

The formal dedication of the President
William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home National Historic Site is set for
April 16 in Hope. Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar, together with former
President Bill Clinton, Congressman Mike Ross, and National Park Service
Director Jon Jarvis, will formally dedicate the site at 117 South Hervey Street
in Hope. The ceremony marks the site as a unit of the National Park System.

Individuals may
make reservations for up to 2 people and space is limited to 350. Parking is
limited, but on street parking on neighboring side streets is available. In
addition, parking is available in the BancorpSouth parking lot at 2nd and Elm
Streets and in the municipal parking lot at 3rd and Elm.

Members of the media who would like to cover the event will
need to call the park by April 12 and will need to present valid media
credentials upon arrival for the event.
