Thank You Celebration for our Vietnam Veterans

Veterans Day Parade 2012The Jacksonville Museum of Military History is providing the public a way to thank some very special members of the armed forces during the 3rd Annual Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day Celebration.  It will be held at the museum on Saturday, April 5.

The day-long celebration is to honor, remember, and welcome home Vietnam Veterans. Due to the controversial nature of the conflict, returning soldiers were not given the greeting they deserved when returning home. Through this celebration the Jacksonville Museum of Military History is giving them an official welcome home and an opportunity to fellowship and share their experiences and war stories.
