It’s Friday!!! I hope everyone has been enjoying the beautiful weather this week. This weekend promises lovely, pre-fall weather as well!
If you’ve been reading the Geocaching Friday blogs but still haven’t had the chance to find out more about it, I have an opportunity for you to learn more about the fun hobby.
The Lower White River Museum State Park in Des Arc is hosting a GPS/Geocaching Workshop on
Sept. 11. You’ll learn how to use a GPS to find geocaches, famous landmarks and specific coordinate locations. Participants will also the basics of geocaching.
The cost of the workshop is $3 for adults and $2 for children. Registration is required. To find out more information on the workshop, call the museum at 870-256-3711.
