First of all, I wanted to thank Matt and Brandon at Delta Heritage Trail State Park near Helena-West Helena for their hospitality and help during our power cache outing at the park last week. I have to say, I had a wonderful time caching with Pat, Judy, Pam and Brandy. The trail is absolutely beautiful! You truly experience the Arkansas Delta from the trail. Just gorgeous. And thanks to all those who cached along with me!
If you’re looking to do some caching this weekend, there are quite a few new ones out there, even some that you could score a few First to Finds (FTFs)!! My buddy ArkFireMedic and his little cacher, 2ter (who also happens to be his daughter!), have several new caches in L.A. (I’ve learned that’s Lower Arkansas!) near El Dorado. Marksar also has caches in Wynne that are new…and FIVE still have the FTF available! Don’t be surprised if I make a trip to Wynne this weekend! Cash_cacher has quite a few new caches in the Heber Springs area that you might want to check out.
I also want to give a special thanks to cachers WoodWalker9 and MathSeeker for teaching me a few new caching tricks last week!
