Why experience just one Arkansas State Park when you can visit four? Parkin Archeological State Park in Parkin invites kids ages 8 to 12 to participate in a Traveling Day Camp on July 12-15. Campers will enjoy a variety of activities, including boating, riding horses, water games and pioneer games. The other parks included in the day camp are Village Creek State Park in Wynne, Crowley’s Ridge State Park in Paragould andLake Poinsett State Park in Harrisburg. Davidsonville Historic State Park, Lake Charles State Park and Powhatan Historic State Park are teaming up for a three-day three-park day camp in Pocahontas and Powhatan.
