Hot Springs Gallery Walk Celebrates 25 Years

Hot_Springs_Gallery_Walk_001Hot Springs Gallery Walk, held the first Friday of every month in downtown Hot Springs, is celebrating 25 years on August 1. In honor of the occasion, Hot Springs’ fine art galleries will have special events throughout this anniversary weekend.

The monthly Gallery Walk series first started in town in 1989, with the intention of highlighting new art exhibitions and showcasing local art galleries and studio spaces. Featured artists are also often present to discuss their work during the openings.

Special exhibitions, live music, and wine are on the agenda for the weekend event.

A detailed news release was sent to us by the Visit Hot Springs folks that includes information on what is taking place at each gallery. I am including a link to the details here.
