An annual Father’s Day Weekend tradition, Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge in Eureka Springs will host its 12th annual Native American Pow Wow June 19-21. Surprise Dad with a trip to Eureka Springs for this family event that will begin at 3 p.m. today.
The weekend celebration will include craft booths, Inter-Tribal Dance contests, Color Guard, singers, story tellers, drumming, artists, wildlife exhibits and more. Food and soft drinks will be available too.
The cost is $5 daily admission or $10 for the weekend. Children three and under are free. The proceeds help build natural habitats for the big cats at Turpentine.
