Old Fashioned Square Gathering in Ozark

Small towns offer those one of a kind festivals that make people feel at home and connected. Ozark is no exception with its 42nd annual Old Fashioned Square Gathering on Oct. 19. Festivities include live bluegrass music, pony rides, pageants, games, prizes, rock climbing wall, and a search for cash in the Needle in the Haystack game.

Here’s the schedule of events:

9 a.m.-2 p.m.     Priority Bank Baby Photo Contest

9:30 a.m.              Opening Ceremony

10 a.m.                 Hillbilly Critter Contest

10 a.m.                 Chili Cook-Off

11 a.m.-4 p.m.   Needle in the Haystack

11:15 a.m.           RiverBlenders Quartet & Chorus

Noon-3 p.m.      Live Bluegrass

3:30 p.m.             SGL Carbon Little Mister & Miss Pageant
