Two Arkansas products – art and organic produce – are available at the Bernice Garden in downtown Little Rock, beginning May 15. The sculpture garden, at the corner of Daisy Gatson Bates Drive and South Main Street, is privately owned but open for public use, and is one of the main attractions of the Southside Main Street project.
Every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., May 15 through September 25, Arkansas artists and farmers showcase their wares. Only original art works and organic produce is allowed. Parking is free and available on-site.
A portion of the proceeds go to Village Commons
, a nonprofit grassroots organization raising awareness about sustainable living through education and programs.
