Powhatan Historic State Park in Powhatan hosts their annual Holiday Ball this Saturday, Dec. 11. The event features music and dance instruction by the 52nd Regimental String Band throughout the evening. Dance the hours away in the beautifully decorated 1888 Courthouse and experience the holidays as they
were nearly 150 years ago. Refreshments will be served. Guests are urged to attend in costume. Tickets are $10 for a single, $8 for costumed singles, $20 for couples, $15 for costumed couples and children 12 and under are free.
