Start a New Holiday Tradition at Parker Pioneer Homestead in Harrisburg

Parker Pioneer Homestead in Harrisburg is starting a new holiday tradition this year, the Homestead Holidays Wine Tasting. The event is schedule for Dec. 11 and features an evening of tastings, food and fun!

The restored cabins will be open and decorated for Christmas and different wines and foods will be featured in each. Participants will also be treated to hayrides and live music. The Homestead’s store will be open, giving attendees the opportunity to purchase a variety of specialty gift items.

Parker Pioneer Homestead consists of nearly 20 restored and reproduced log buildings and structures, allowing visitors a glimpse into life in a 19th century town.

Tickets for the event are $25 per person (must be 21 or older) and include wine tastings, gourmet food, hayrides and a bottle of your favorite wine to take home. Only 100 tickets will be sold. To learn more, email Maryanne@parkerhomestead.com or phone 870-578-2699.
