Chef Ryan Dubasak is executive chef at the Luna Bella restaurant in Hot Springs. The family-owned Italian American restaurant opened in early 2010 and is sure to become one of Arkansas’s favorite family-owned restaurants.
Chef Dubasek was very surprised to find a large number of family owned restaurants in Hot Springs. Dubasek worked for a while in Tampa, Florida, where most of the restaurants he encountered were corporately owned. He loves how in each restaurant in the Spa City, you can find a different interpretation of food – where several restaurants might have the same dish but each of those dishes is unique from the others.
