Garvan Woodland Gardens: Garden Tai Chi for Diabetes
Join Kathy Packard from the Oaklawn Center on Aging to learn the art of Tai Chi and how it helps individuals with not only diabetes but all sorts of health ailments. The major problems of diabetes are the associating complications such as heart disease, visual impairment, and stroke.
