Join local outdoor enthusiast and fitness lover, Darlene Molloy, for a one hour moderate to advanced fitness hike through the trails at Garvan Woodland Gardens. This one hour hike will incorporate cardio, endurance and flexibility exercises to build on your overall fitness level. The hike will also include a nine minute yoga breathing exercise during the cool down. Hikers are invited to meet at the Welcome Center to join to group. Wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and sturdy walking shoes.
