Hot Springs annual July 4th celebration and fireworks show is set to return to Oaklawn’s infield Wednesday, July 3. The gates will open at 6 p.m. and the evening will culminate with the event’s largest fireworks display to date at sundown. In the event of rain, Spa Blast will take place Thursday, July 4.
