Have you ever noticed that food seems to taste better around a campfire? Discover some of the secrets of cooking over an open fire using a Dutch oven. Dutch ovens are very versatile and you can cook anything in them from breads to soups to stews and desserts. At the conclusion of the class, you will share a full course meal prepared during the workshop. You will also receive a cookbook and a copy of the recipes used during the day. Class size is limited to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 participants. Pre-registration is required. A non-refundable fee of $10 is due at pre-registration. Registration deadline is 2/16/2013.
