Event Details:
The Malvern Hot Spring County Library will host its 5th Annual Summer Kick-Off Carnival at the Centennial Park. 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Concessions on-site. The event will include games, face painting, kid friendly crafts, and a visit from a story book character.
