Have you ever noticed that food seems to taste better around a campfire? Discover some of the secrets of cooking over an open fire using a Dutch oven. Dutch ovens are very versatile and you can cook anything in them from breads to soups to stews to desserts. You will cook a meal using traditional recipes and at the conclusion of the class, the participants will share the meal. A cookbook and a copy of the recipes used during the day will be furnished to each paid participant. Class size is limited to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 participants. A non-refundable fee is required upon registration. Registration deadline is October 11, 2013.
