Explore the compounds that make various herbs/seasonings and foods go together! Learn about combining herbs with many vinegars, oils and marinades; also the properties and characteristics of oils. Other side focus is on topics like emulsifiers, various salts and processes, good and bad fats (might save your life). Includes 2 main meals and side vegetable dish. Extra meal portions available for reasonable fee. Classes on-going / each time different. Sept. 1,15, 29. Sundays 1-5 p.m.
