Make them simple and fool proof with an international flair. Explore the compounds that make various herbs/seasonings and foods go together! Learn about combining herbs with many vinegars, oils and marinades; also the properties and characteristics of oils. Other side focus is on topics like emulsifiers, various salts and processes, good and bad fats (might save your life). Includes two lunch meals. Extra meal portions available for reasonable fee. Classes on going/each time different. Wednesdays, Oct. 9-23. Time: 11-2 p.m.
