Moro Bay Lake

Add to Trip Planner

Moro Bay is a popular South Arkansas spot for fishing and just plain chilling.

Moro Bay forms where Moro Creek enters the Ouachita River on the border of Union and Bradley counties 23 miles northeast of El Dorado and 29 miles southwest of Warren in south central Arkansas. In addition to the bay and the Ouachita, Raymond Lake also can be accessed from Moro Bay State Park. Park facilities include 20 campsites, picnic sites, a store, a marina, a playground, hiking trails and an exhibit on the former Moro Bay Ferry, including the ferryboat.

Fishing: Anglers come to the park in search of the largemouth bass, crappie, bream and catfish in the area's waters.
