Our cabin is only approx. 30 ft. from the water. The cabin is approx. 800 sq. feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, and has free use of a paddle boat. It is only approx. 4 miles from the city limits sign of Hot Springs. Mention this ad to receive $5.00 off per night Sun. through Thurs, except holiday weekends. The price with this ad is $160.00 for 2 guests. Up to 4 children 12 yrs. old and younger are free. All other guests are only $10.00 more per person extra per night plus tax until Nov. 4, 2012 then the rate will be $145.00 with the discount for 2 guests per night until March 4, 2013.
