- 10/12/2013
Toltec Mounds Archeological State Park
Scott, AR 72142
Bone beads were likely worn by the prehistoric Plum Bayou Culture to adorn themselves for special ceremonies. As time went on and glass beads became available to American Indian cultures, they began to create beautiful works of art. Learn the basic techniques that you will need to make belts, keychains, and bracelets in this three hour workshop. Each participant will get a bead loom kit and leave with a completed keychain with an American Indian design. Reservations are required.
