Arkansas is host to many biking events such as races and charity cycling events that take place across the state, including long, short and middle distance cycling events. Here is a look at a few of them:

Headwater Challenge

A January ride departing from Foggy Rock Farm in the Buffalo Headwaters near Red Star that features 35-miles of challenging singletrack, doubletrack and road riding.

Highway 71 Classic

Annual ride on Scenic Highway 71 in Northwest Arkansas each spring: 36- and 70-mile options.

Ouachita Challenge

Annual mountain bike race held each spring in the Ouachita Mountains of southwest Arkansas which includes the Womble Trail and the Ouachita National Recreation Trail.

Ozark Mountain Bike Festival

Annual two-day mountain bike event held in April at scenic Devil’s Den State Park in Northwest Arkansas.

Tour de Hills

One of Arkansas's most beautiful middle distance cycling events in Harrison that hosts 14- and 26-mile rides, and a challenging 58-mile race along the Jasper Disaster route.

Syllamo's Revenge

A 50-mile mountain bike race held in May near Mountain View on the Syllamo Mountain Bike Trail.

Tour de Rock

One of the state's biggest charity cycling events held in June in North Little Rock benefiting the Central Arkansas Radiation Therapy Institute.

Eureka Fat Tire Festival

Three-day celebration of mountain biking held in July in Eureka Springs.

Big Dam Bridge 100

Little Rock event held in September with 12-, 32-, 50-, 82-, and 100-mile routes overlooking the Arkansas River.

Arky 100

An October ride through Grant and Dallas counties in southern Arkansas. Offers 25-, 50-, 62-, and 100-mile options.
