Park/Rec Area: East Fork Wilderness

Location: From the junction of Hwy. 27 and 105 at Hector, follow Hwy. 27 north for approximately 13 miles—the wilderness area will be on the east side of the highway. It is also accessible via Forest Road 1311.
Description: 10,700 acres featuring upland swamps, waterfalls and rugged country. There are no developed trails; however, a number of old roads offer access into the heart of the wilderness.
