This 732-acre park lies both above and below massive Bull Shoals Dam. Facilities stretch along the White River with camping (including Rent-an-RV and Rent-a-Camp), pavilions, marina/store, hiking/mountain bike trails and interpretive programs. Along the lakeshore, the day-use park offers picnic sites and playgrounds, plus a nature trail. James A. Gaston Visitor Center features state-of-the-art exhibits, aquariums, a gift shop, theater, barrier-free hiking trail and observation tower.
