Overview:
More than 3.1 million acres of forestland are included within the three national forests in Arkansas. The U.S. Forest Service has developed campgrounds at scenic points in these woodlands. Most of these campgrounds are located in ruggedly beautiful mountainous terrain, and are designed to blend into the landscape to preserve the forest atmosphere.

    20 RV/Tent with W/E; 20 RV/Tent with no hookups
  • Facilities:
    Flush toilets, vault toilets, showers, water, 9 picnic sites, pavilion, canoe launch site. (Open yearround). User’s fee charged. Reservations taken for pavillion only.
  • Attractions:
    Large natural pool in Big Piney Creek (National Scenic River), high picturesque bluffs, fishing, hiking, swimming, canoeing.
