Cherokee Village

This 15,000-acre community offers living accommodations from modest cabins to lake and golf course homes. The village includes two recreation centers, two championship 18-hole golf courses, a full-service marina, more than 100 social clubs and seven lakes.

Picturesquely located at the south fork of the Little Red River, Clinton near outdoor playgrounds like Greers Ferry Lake and the Ozark National Forest, as well as larger cities like Little Rock and Fayetteville. About 2,500 people call Clinton home.

Concordia of Bella Vista

Near the Missouri-Arkansas border, Concordia of Bella Vista offers 35 one- and two-story town houses with appliances, deck or patio and garage or carport. The facility also has 116 apartments in six floor plans. Concordia provides residents with 24-hour security, one meal per day, an emergency call system, a wellness clinic, transportation, housekeeping, home maintenance and lawn care.
