Final Weekend of the Wye Mountain Daffodil Festival is March 16-17

The final weekend of the 34th annual Wye Mountain Daffodil Festival is coming up —  March 16-17 . The popular spring destination has seven acres of over 30 varieties of blooms. Hours for the event are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during blooming season.   On festival weekends, there will be arts, crafts, along with barbecue, cobblers and other foods for sale.

The event is free but there is a small donation to the Wye Mountain United Methodist Church for picking the flowers.  The church is located at 22222 Hwy. 113 in Bigelow, west of Little Rock.  Updates on the progress of the blooms are available on the festival Facebook page.
