Future golf stars set to compete at tournament in El Dorado

The El Dorado Shootout is set for September 30-October 2 in El Dorado at the Mystic Creek Golf Club. Professional female golfers from around the world will head to El Dorado for the event to compete for a $100,000 total purse. The event is part of the Symetra Tour, which includes tournaments across the nation that prep players for a career on the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association) Tour. This will be the second year the tournament has taken place at Mystic Creek.

The top-10 money winners each season earn slots on the LPGA Tour the following season. Other events connected to the tournament are also scheduled to take place at the club throughout the week including Pro-Am scrambles.
