Magic Springs to Open April 12

This news comes to us from a news release from Neal Moore and Dana Whisenhunt over at Magic Springs & Crystal Falls Water and Theme Park in Hot Springs.

According to the release, Magic Springs is scheduled to open April 12 and the admission has been set at $15 for the first four weekends it is open.  The park has about two dozen rides including the X-Coaster and family rides like the Log Flume. New this season is SkyShark, that “takes riders on a 115-foot skydive plunge.”  This ride is still under construction and will open in late April.  You can get tickets to the park online at magicsprings.com. The release also says that the water park is scheduled to open on May 10.

In other news, 18 acts have also been announced for the park’s concert series this year. The series, which takes place on site at Timberwood Amphitheater, runs from May 31-August 9.
