New This Year: Wakarusa Hotel Packages
Wakarusa, celebrating its 10th year, continues to offer new additions to each year’s music and camping festival, set this year for May 30-June 2. This year it is offering hotel packages for those who prefer a bed, hot shower and free breakfast along with a shuttle to and from the hotel and festival grounds. All hotels are located a short drive away in Fayetteville, and are available in three tiers, offering a variety of quality, value, and affordability with packages for four or five night stays.
Of course, the ever-popular camping on the festival grounds on beautiful Mulberry Mountain near Ozark is still available. Tickets are disappearing faster than ever but are still available in all three tiers: Full Event, Three Day, and Two Day. Want to get a little more from your experience? With a lineup of over 150 musical acts, featured bands this year include Widespread Panic, Dispatch, STS9, The Black Crowes, Amon Tobin, Snoop Lion, and Umphrey’s McGee among many more! Of course, there is also an impressive selection of vendors, amusements, workshops, group seminars, fishing, floating and other outdoor offerings to make it a supreme festival experience.
