One Tank Travels: Haunted Tours of Little Rock

By:
 Updated:

An on-board guide regales riders with tales about some of the most “spirited” buildings in the area. You’ll also learn about 19th century funeral customs and how they relate to modern-day beliefs. Stops include The Empress of Little Rock Bed and Breakfast, Curran Hall Visitors Center, Mount Holly Cemetery, and the Hanger House in Little Rock. The Baker House Bed and Breakfast in downtown North Little Rock is also visited.

Tickets are $30. Seating is limited and reservations are required. The trips last approximately two-and-a-half hours and participants are welcome to bring cameras. Visit www.hauntedtoursoflittlerock.com or phone Linda Howell at 501-681-3857 for more information.

These tours are just the beginning of places to visit with former residents, shall we say? Additional information, including some first-hand accounts, can be found on the Haunted Arkansas page. You’ll find enough locations and descriptions to keep you scared for many months to come. Check it out…if you dare!
