This area of The Natural State is beautiful in every season. You can also enjoy wildlife watching, especially the large herd of elk that graze the pastures here. Hiking trails abound.

Jasper has a quaint downtown with unique shopping that includes antiques and art. Don’t miss the great eats in this town either. Between Jasper and Ponca you’ll go through a community called Low Gap. Stop at Low Gap Café for an excellent meal as well.

Lodging is ample for such a rural part of the state. You’ll find houses, cabins, and a motel for rent. Unplug. Enjoy nature. Cozy up to the fireplace of your cabin. Watch movies and play games as a family. Get away. Make memories.
