The Outdoor Writers Association of America will kick off its 92nd annual conference in Little Rock, Arkansas, by offering a free, half-day workshop titled “Becoming an Outdoors Communicator,” from 2 to 5 p.m., Friday, June 21, at the Robinson Center/DoubleTree by Hilton Little Rock.
The workshop is the perfect opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in outdoor communication – whether through writing, photography, radio or media relations – to learn about the field, how to break in and how to be successful. Hear established professionals share industry tips and tricks. This year’s line-up explores the many different avenues of outdoor communication. No matter your area of interest, you won’t want to miss this workshop which showcases the variety of opportunities outdoor communications offers with these topics:
