Johnson County Peach Festival

It’s a summer festival celebrating its 71st year. Do you know what it is?

It’s the Johnson County Peach Festival taking place this year on July 19-22 in Clarksville. After 71 years, you can bet festival organizers know how to put on a good time. Some of what you’ll find – crafts, concessions, pageants, banana split contest, street dance, greased pig chase, frog jump, terrapin derby, peach-eating contest, peach cobbler, peach jam and jelly contests, 4-mile run, diaper derby, parade, peach pit spitting contest, bicycle obstacle course, and water balloon toss.
