This weekend is your last chance to view the Delta Cultural Center’s temporary exhibit Of This Place: The Delta Landscape – The Art of Jeanne Seagle. It is on display at the museum’s Visitors Center, located at 141 Cherry Street in downtown historic Helena, through Saturday, Jan. 21.
The exhibit features 29 works of various media, including watercolor, oil, acrylic, oil pastel and gouache. Seagle, a well-known artist currently living in Memphis, has recently been painting scenes of the Arkansas Delta. One of the works included is a 21-foot mural.
