Live Webcam for Bikes, Blues & BBQ

A low rumble can be heard in Fayetteville today and it will grow to a significant roar by the weekend as hundreds of thousands of motorcyclists descend upon the city for the 2012 Bikes, Blues & BBQ Motorcycle Rally.

Much of the activity takes place along iconic Dickson Street, known for being the center of the city’s entertainment district. The building, The Dickson, is playing a new role in this year’s event by offering covered parking and live webcam views of Dickson Street during the rally.

A mixed-use development located at 609 W. Dickson, The Dickson features a ninth floor rooftop webcam that broadcasts a birds-eye view of Dickson Street on its website. The live feed can be accessed 24/7 via

For those attending the rally, The Deck at The Dickson is offering special event parking. With easy access and coveted, covered spaces, attendees can park at The Dickson’s parking deck for an entry fee of $20. Patrons may park as long as they like, and if they leave and come back, re-entry is $10 (validated ticket must be presented for discounted re-entry, based on current availability). The entrance to The Deck is located on Dickson Street, between The Dickson and Underwood’s Jewelers.

Outside of special events such as Bikes Blues & BBQ, The Dickson’s parking deck is open seven days a week as a public parking garage – offering hourly, daily and monthly parking packages. The Dickson combines high-rise condominium living, retail and commercial opportunities, with future amenities including a luxury boutique hotel and terrace lounge. Located directly on West Dickson Street, one block east of the University of Arkansas campus and one block west of Walton Arts Center, it is within easy walking distance of major collegiate sporting events, theater performances, and numerous dining and entertainment options along Dickson Street and around the historic downtown square.
