If you’re in the mood for live music this weekend, head to Helena-West Helena. The Delta Cultural Center will host the 2nd Annual Mother’s Best Music Fest on Saturday, June 16, beginning at 10 a.m. Admission to the festival is free and the event will be held rain or shine. Performances will be held at the Cherry Street Pavilion (located on Cherry Street in historic downtown Helena) and at the Delta Cultural Center Visitors Center at 141 Cherry Street.

The festival takes its name from a 1940s radio show on KFFA Radio, also home to the legendary King Biscuit Time radio show.
