Tree House opens at Garvan Woodland Gardens

tree houseThe highly anticipated Tree House is now open at Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs. The new addition has been under construction for the past year and was designed and created to teach children about nature through intriguing exhibits and structures they can interact with. The unique four-story tall $1.8 million dollar Tree House stands out due to its design, which features a boomerang shaped structure suspended above the trees. The design is the only one of it’s kind, not only in Arkansas, but in the world.

The 210-acre woodland of Garvan Woodland Gardens is located on the shores of Lake Hamilton.Popular attractions include the Joy Manning Scott Full Moon Bridge and the Anthony Chapel. Admission to the Gardens, which are located at 550 Arkridge Road, is $15 for non-members ages 13 and up, $5 ages 4-12, and free for ages 0-3. If you want to bring your pup along for the adventure, dogs on a short, non-retractable leash can get in for $5 each and one dog is allowed per guest.
