Another honor has been bestowed on the Capital Hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef Tandra Watkins. Earlier this year she was a semifinalist in the James Beards Awards.
Her most current distinction is she’s been nominated for Food & Wine’s “The People’s Best New Pastry Chef Award.” You can help Tandra win by voting for her online. You can do so until 4 p.m. Monday, April 8.
