Notrebes Bend Park is located on the left descending bank of the Arkansas River just downstream from Wilbur D. Mills Dam. The area is 35 miles south of DeWitt and accessible by taking U.S. Hwy 165 to Arkansas State Hwy 44, then south 14 miles on Tichnor Blacktop from Tichnor, Arkansas.
