Millwood State Park

  • Location:

    From I-30 at Texarkana go 19 miles north on U.S. 71, then 9 miles east on Hwy. 32.
  • Attractions:

    This park is on 29,260-acre Millwood Lake where fishing for bass, crappie and catfish is excellent. Bald eagles and a variety of waterfowl and shore birds are year-round residents of Millwood Lake.

    Restrooms, hot showers, dump station, picnic sites, pavilion, hiking trails, marina, store, playgrounds.
