Four structures built between 1876 and 1905 in the city's original commercial center. 101-323 E. Markham. Choctaw Route Station, built around 1899 for the Choctaw, Oklahoma and Gulf Railroad, is distinguished by its ornate terra cotta detailing. Through adaptive re-use, the restored building opened in November 2004 as the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, which offers a Masters degree in Public Service as part of the Clinton Presidential Center.
