Wait Until Dark
A sinister con-man, Roat, and two ex-convicts, Mike and Carlino, are about to meet their match in Susy Hendrix, a blind Greenwich Village housewife. She becomes the target of three con-men searching for the heroin hidden in a doll, which her husband Sam innocently transported from Canada as a favor to a woman who has since been murdered. Susy knows the only way to play fair is by her rules, so when darkness falls she turns off all the lights leaving both of them to maneuver in the dark until the game ends. The 1967 film adaptation starring Audrey Hepburn and Alan Arkin, ranked tenth on Bravo's 100 Scariest Movie Moments for its climactic scene.
